A New Camera, A New Year, A New Food Blog

I’ve been talking about posting a food and drink blog for years.  This year, Santa (aka: my husband) gifted me a new DSLR camera so that I could begin cataloging my food.

What better time to begin a Blog than now?!

Throughout this blog I will journal my restaurant visits in the Greater Lehigh Valley and beyond, my recipes and the recipes of others. My friends and family will be joining me and I hope others will find it informational and entertaining as well.

    Congratulations on what will become the most coveted food blog ever. I am looking forward to all those tremendous pictures – what a thoughtful wonder that santa is!!!

    I have heard your caprese and lasagne is to die to. Yet, one small piece of advise. I heard you recently tried to challange the majesty of meatballs with an alternative recipe. The word of the street is although it was a galant effort, the culinary consensus still places the majesty on top of the meatball menu. I have heard he is available for some pointers if you so desire.
