You Don’t Have to Be Bugs Bunny to Love This Cake
I spent the weekend out-of-town, enjoying the New Year’s Eve with my husband and some new friends. While it was a fairly gluttonous trip, I was eager to get home and get my hands dirty in my kitchen with some old friends. In addition to a whole chicken that I snuggled in the roaster under a cozy bacon blanket (more on that in another post!), I decided to take on a recipe I found for Carrot Cake. And yowza, am I glad I did!
The recipe is credited to Morton’s Steakhouse and was developed by Marianne Artinian, the mother of Chris Artinian, Morton’s VP of Operations. It gets a rave review by allthingsfoodandndrinks. Not only is it sinfully delicious and rich, it is also a dessert that offers a dose of beta carotene!
